Vallozzi’s Pittsburgh Announces Origin’s: Olive Oil Wine Dinner

Olive Oil is essential in any kitchen, but is a vital element and condiment when it comes to Italian meals.  Italy is known for producing some of the finest olive oils and Vallozzi’s Pittsburgh explores the many delights of this symbolic Italian ingredient at their Origins: The Essentials of Food & Drink Olive Oil Dinner on March 21, 2019. 

Vallozzi’s Pittsburgh pays homage to the “Italian essentials” with their 2019 dinner series,Origins:  The Essentials of Italian Food & Drink.  Each of the four dinners offered in the series will feature an ingredient that represents the best that Italy has to offer. 

On March 21st, Vallozzi’s Pittsburgh invites guests to experience a menu crafted around Italian Olive Oils by Executive Chef Michael Wedge. Along with Olive Oil tastings, Alan Uchrinscko, Vallozzi’s Pittsburgh Wine Specialist, has sourced wine from different regions of Italy that will be paired with each course. 

Tickets are $95 per person (tax and gratuity are not included). Reservations are requiredand can be made by calling (412) 394-3400 and referencing "Origins: Olive Oil Dinner." A wait list system will be implemented when the dinner sells out.
